Neto Garcia originally from Colima, Mexico The third smallest state in Mexico who now resides in Southern California, Neto Garcia also from being an artist is a soldier. He is In the Army. He was also in the Iraqi war from 2003-2004 he now serves in Kosovo which usto be Yugoslavia. He holds the rank of Sargeant. He is now living one of his dreams of singing for the people. He has been in several talent shows and performed in many diffrent places. Neto Garcia a singer, a Soldier and a humble and simple person like many of us out there.
